It is cute. In a lot of places, yes. It is "retro"...but, in a relatively rural area, there are no hipsters and they just call it old or outdated. Anyone buying it would want to remodel but could not afford to do so or have the vision or cash. It would sell if the update was in the price of the home/loan.
