Poor guy can pay $50 for a boot that will last three years. Better off guy pays $100 for a boot that will last ten. Over the same span of time the poor guy is out $150.
The world in full of little things like this that aren’t their fault.
But I’ve been poor and lived surrounded by poor enough to know it’s mostly bad choices.
