You can try to reclock the ISV, use a Dremel to free up the 3 retaining screws then rotate the internals wrt the case. Mine had a too high idle when it was first tp'd, the result of an air leak, I tried to reclock but it didn't do any good, The reason is that the DME controls the idle speed and resets it, It does help if the internal electric contacts are worn
