VROOM Online Car Sales: Warning
Thought I would put this out there for those thinking about an online car purchase. Purchased a 2019 MB 450E-Coupe, 6500 miles, for my wife last March from VROOM. Process was pretty simple, car delivered as advertised. Problem, now it is August, my 3rd and last temp tag is about to expire and I have no title, tag or way to prove ownership. In a couple days will not be able to drive car legally with no tag.
I have retained an attorney, but nothing happening on that front. I did a google search of "vroom complaints" and my heart sank, page after page. At least I had a car delivered. Dang, I feel like an idiot right now.
