pretty sure eggs will fry at just about the same temp regardless of pressure, since frying involves contact/oil vs boiled in water.. Heat of oil/contact heat doesn't change with pressure.. since oil generally doesn't have heat limit of boiling. It won't boil but burn if it gets too hot and that's the upper limit. Vacuum or pressure wouldn't change that.


With water that's not the case, and pressure can increase the boiling temp and thus cook/boil faster

vacuum would actually reduce the temp at which water boils off.. so reduce the speed of cooking the egg.
However how would you boil eggs in vacuum, you would have no water left to heat up.. so that wouldn't work at all.. And the egg would also explode and for the most part evaporate.
