that's about right for full list price.
the RM line has a floating price meaning not all colors cost the same price.
with glasurit it's a fixed price for all colors so you should also check the cost of the color your looking for in both glasurit and RM.
I just looked up the shops cost my mixing cost is about 30% less than so my cost for a Gal is just over 1000. $ full list for the gal was 1452. $ .
the mix has two blues and a red that are expensive tints and it uses a lot of the blues.
personally I would maybe go with limco. it's a good paint and a lower cost.
I have been using it lately on the bugeye sprite and TR6 restorations and it's been working great.
one thing is sense this covid crap started the prices of paints has gone way up.
it's kind of like the prices of wood did. people found themselves at home so they started working on projects so it's supply and demand.
