No has not. The "cure" is the vaccine. The cause for government taking action will once again end up being people too stubborn to do what is necessary to put this behind us. I don't have a scar on my arm like my older brothers do because people were willing to do what was necessary to get rid of a public health threat back in the day. Today? "Hey man... the gubmint is tryin to control us through a chip in a vaccine"
