Sadly a lot of thinking these days is based on 0% or 100% as work or doesn't work.
We don't live in a perfect world.
With each restriction may or may not be some benefit.
With each benefit may or may not be some restriction.
The mental power to balance seems lost.
Masks as worn by the public do not provide 100% protection.
Vaccines as developed do not provide 100% protection.
But that doesn't mean they don't "work".
And it could be that both might be better than just one of either on its own.
My personal position, don't go the use of force route and things will improve.
That is my observation living on the border of two states with two very different govenors.
