You might call Rolex and ask if they'll just swap a crystal for you without a full service, as you just recently had one and it's not time for another. Might get lucky...
I had them swap a bad link in a president bracelet once and that's all they did to the watch. They even did it without charging me, probably wouldn't get that lucky again...
