To be clear the guy interested in the car is not a flipper, he is a local Luthier and just remodeled his shop for a bay to house the car in. Great man and have many conversations and visits between us. If I wanted someone to pass this car to it would be him.

So the trepidation of dropping the news is here. I appreciate all the guidance from our group here and I'll let you all know how it goes.
