Note the $7M electricity bill. I'm not sure if that's the gubm't rate or not. 
We're trying to get the runoff cooling water sent to our ski hill for snowmaking. I guess once it's through the system it's not good enough anymore.
I am just "dumb end user" (OK I was but now even less as a program manager) so I don't know the gory details of the thing. Cool blinky lights on everything though! |

It is hard to believe that the Exaflop level of computing is limited by the amount of electricity needed to cool and run the hardware.
