I had these seats rebuilt by GTS Classics for a project that never happened. Time for them to find a new home.
Seats are lowbacks, i.e. no headrests. I believe they are appropriate for SWB 911/912. The seat cores were taken from a '67 912. Color is the Porsche optional red interior (aka "harlot's boudoir"). In person they have a really striking vintage look. Not custom covers; these are to match a car with the factory red interior. The covers are German vinyl units from Sierra Madre.
The driver's seat was built with foam in the base instead of the Reutter spring. This is much more comfortable for tall drivers-- you feel like you're sitting
in the seat rather than perched
on it. The original spring (not pictured) is in perfect shape and is also included. Passenger seat was rebuilt with the spring as standard.
In the photo of the underside of the seat base, you can see the attention to detail GTS Classics put into the rebuild. Note that the tracks and fwd/back adjuster handle is included as shown. Buyer will need to BYO hinges.
Prefer local pickup in NW Oregon / SW Washington, but these can be shipped UPS if needed.
