Hard to beat the M-1 Garand for rugged...from Omaha beach to the battle of the bulge...it's no wonder Patton himself called it the greatest battle weapon ever devised.
That said, guys at our local gun range can post up some amazing groups with 10-22's that have been worked over..bull barrels, target stocks..
BTW Jeff..I passed your mobil one as a gun oil tip to a class A license holder here...he said he's going to try it. No report back yet.
