Dr.,
Your post is a bit confusing to me. While I appreciate the comment about a high quality shop, which we strive very hard to accomplish and offer to customers, part of being in this business is making the effort to acquire as much information and technical data as is available. As most shop owners and businesses in general, we take information from our own experience, our own testing and together with outside available information, testing and data from multiple sources, evaluate it and apply it to our own business workings. To discount someones verifiable data because of a personality conflict would be a disservice to my techs and customers. We try very hard to keep an open mind about people, customer and vendors alike, and not discount someones's knowledge based on personality.
Do you feel that the quality and workmanship in my shop should be questioned because I feel Loren has some valid information to offer?
By what standard do YOU measure quality and knowledge?
