I woke up sick to my stomach and feeling guilty about putting a family out on the street.
I felt even worse when the tenants walked into the courtroom . You know that ugly feeling with your stomach churning, and my nerves running overtime ...
The judge swore us in , and I stated my case .
As soon as my tenanl started to speak, I felt vindicated, and as far as I am concerned, they cannot possibly be ran out of my house fast enough . They just live under a different set of rules than we do .
I showed up with my paperwork, and really only had to say about 5 sentences. My tenant and her inner city trash cousin ( who lives there and is not on the lease ) , thought it was bash the landlord, housewives of North Side Pittsburgh edition .
I could see in the judges eyes, that she knew exactly what I was dealing with, and she granted us an eviction within 5 minutes
She still gave them till October 31 st. They will have stayed 6 months past the end of our official notice to vacate .
I am 100% sure, the constable will have to remove them.
One more to go this season .
