I just love the technology of F1 and there have been a few good races this year.

They were interviewing one of the drivers and asked how much pressure it takes to make the astonishing 5.3 G braking maneuvers before taking the hairpin at 60 MPH. He said he used all the strength he had, and then as fast as possible, let off "just a little". Of course he is thrown forward at over 5 G and somehow knows just how much to let up off the brakes to avoid lockup. Then dive into the corner and pull 5.6 G in one direction, wait until the corner straightens out and accelerate at over 3 G while change the steering wheel setting for battery charging or brake bias and the literately thousands of possible changes all while avoiding another car trying to pass or trying to pass another car. And they do that for the entire race.

The one thing that really needs to change is the aerodynamics, and to get to using just mechanical grip not so much the aero forces, just to make passing easier and a better watching for the fans. They need enough aero to keep the cars on the ground and not fly off into the air and off the track, but not so much that the car in front just controls the race pace.
