It's not a matter of "need" .... some foods just "want" hot sauce

30 some years ago I was at Jazz Fest with a couple of friends that had flown in from CA ... so of course we had to spend some downtime in the French Qtr shops for their amusement. I still recall a bottle we saw that had them both giggling...
"Smack My Ass & Call Me Sally" hot sauce. One of them actually bought a bottle. I never did find out if it was any good....
I called them both Sally the rest of the weekend
