Until last year, I was with Sprint, literally since the 90s with no switching around, and when it would come time to replace my phone, I would ask why, as a loyal, long-term customer, with the fully loaded plan, multiple phones and iPads, but unless I added another line (to the 4 phones and 2 v iPads) I couldn't get the same deal that they were offering new customers
