Mostly I don't care, I am far too non committal for them myself. I think a colorful "sleeve" looks good on the waify rocker-chick type sometimes. I noticed a few olympic circles on some of the tokyo Olympians which I totally get, a symbol of absolute dedication to being best in the world at something.

I do sometimes snicker a bit at cheesy butterflies on girls or tribal arm bands on dudes.
