I went to lunch with an old buddy I had not seen in years. He is still just as weird as ever. I have known him for 30+ years and he told me way back then that he carried a pistol at all times. OK, no big deal. Oklahoma has open carry as a no permit "constitutional carry" so it is perfectly legal for him to carry his pistol on his hip in plain view, and he does, because he can.
Interesting guy, and he has a shooting range 40 feet from his front door. I usually collect some old milk jugs and bring them with me if I go poke holes in them. I need to go practice as I have not shot them in a while.
