Moved 96 yr old father in law into Independent Living Faility two weeks ago who has never thrown anything away. Cleaning out his house to prepare it for sale has been a nightmare - been at it for three weeks with daily trips to the dump. He had a vintage circa 1950'a LAU box fan that works well but was a rusty mess. Did a tear down and repaint. Found a couple on eBay - asking price $250!
