I have no effing idea. I assume someone found a couple of videos on the 'Net and thought they were ridiculous and combined them. I can't even imagine what the purpose of the original videos was.

If I went to a dojo to sign up and saw something like that, I'd high tail it out of there. (well, maybe after watching for entertainment value for a bit)
