I watched this video a couple of days ago and it was one of the few things which has made me miss the old E I sold a decade ago. Damn! Some days I really miss the hum of the flat six.
He did seem kind of vague on the year the wheelbase was lengthened ('69). He seemed in his talk to suggest it came about as a response to the increasing engine size.
Other than that, it was greatly appreciated.
