Now, that is impossible to answer. Though I would guess it would make no difference at all..It might have to do with where and how I was raised.. we learned early not to judge people who looked different. Living in a very diverse area tends to do that..
I'm taking my mom soon to get her tattoo re-touched... some of the coloring faded
