And as to your other failed analogy, (a serious pattern), doctors and nurses definitely consider that fat people and/or smokers have ruined their own health when they show up with heart disease.

I was on my high schools' fitness team in '67 and '68. It was tough.
Each event had a max of 100 points. 80 sit ups in one minute, 60 push ups, 30 up downs, 14 pull up and a 200 yard shuttle run.
