James cmon to get a refund from UPS they pick up the part. So if I gave it back I would be out my intial investment and the reflector. We had a deal to reduce the price seeing since you packed a 34inch item in a 33 inch box and it broke. You never followed through with my refund. Now that I have said that I will tell other people about this you finally refund my money. BUYER BEWARE ON THIS ONE. Since I have posted this on Pelican parts board I have received a couple of replies on this guy, all negative. If anyone else has problems please reply to me. Let's get rid of deadbeat sellers. Sorry to all others for taking up selling space. But we need to inform people. James I will not be repling to anymore of you posts I have stated my case. In the future dont pack items in a box that is way to small and dont screw with the wrong person.
