That is all I did, stretch into unusual and uncomfortable positions. No real hard physical effort, just get into a strange position and try to hold it.
I searched for help vids on YouTube, and almost all of them had the entire column in a holding fixture on a workbench. That makes for really easy access to the parts. I sure was not going to remove the entire column just to have easier access.
