He mentions that we're "potentially" creating asymptomatic carriers that are no shedding the virus. He said 10 or so minutes before that the asymptomatic carries are "shedding" for maybe a weak or so and then they eliminate the virus. He seems to be playing both sides at this point. Asymptomatic is good! People have "natural immunity" vs Asymptomatic is bad because the vaccines created an asymptomatic carrier.
