Ivermectin has always been authorized for use against parasites. That has not changed. A doctor can also prescribe off label. That has not changed. It is required for immigrants due to parasites and not covid. That is not new.
USPS is a hybrid. They receive no government funding though there is government oversight. Employees get paid out of USPS revenue.
