I was definitely hooked and watched until the end.

Suspected it was a cycling safety campaign, and according to the website it is indeed. People from the cycling nations - Denmark, the Nederlands and so on - don't tend to wear helmets. Most of them don't even wear lycra or any other special clothes! (gasp) Reminds me of a joke I heard on one of the Ewan McGregor / Charley Boorman shows: you can always tell British and German motorcyclists by their Hi-Vis vest.
