Thanks Timmy

Okay - I have been jacking with this for awhile and my mind is mush.
87 - running wires to top of fuses..... spliced with the one there or do these run thru the relay. Same on the bottom. Spliced or runs thru the relay?

Basically - the relay sets wiring sets between the top and bottom wires to the fuse. If so, then the original wiring run into the relay and the relay out goes to the fuses - replacing the original position of the factory wiring?

Thanks

You don’t need an 87a for headlight relays.

The double output on 87 (2 poles/contacts with the same normally open function) just means you run both to feed the top fuses for high or low beams. For low beams top of fuses 5&6
For high beams it is 7&8
Counting from the right side starting at the headlight.

Fred’s panels didn’t have internal jumpers, so dual output eliminates the need for jumpers.

Wire from 86 goes to the original top fuse wire for high or low beams (white or yellow)
Wire from 85 goes to a good ground.
Wire from 30 goes to a fused power input. (Battery or constant hot on fuse panel)

Repeat for second relay for high or low, depending on which you did first.
