I have used Wipe New (a Rustoleum product) with great success. It seems to be a “wipe or brush” on type clear coating.

**on initial application it looks a little on the glossy side. This will die back to a more natural plastic look.

I have done several very tired looking/faded cowl panels on 996 & 997 customer cars as well as rocker panels and trim on other makes.

Did the lower bumper covers on a 964 last week.

One of the 997’s I did I saw annually for a detail and 3 years in it still looked good.

The faded trim needs to be prepped very well to remove all old products/wax residue etc.

The one failure I have seen is my Dads Nissan pickup. Even after 2 applications the black bumper caps and bed side tops still looked gray…
In that case, either the SEM trim black BobKontak posted or SEM Color Coater for plastic and Vinyl are good choices.

Again, prep. is the key.
