So how do the bureaucrats actually get paid for padding the death numbers? Does each individual medical examiner and each of their staff get paid individually or is the loot distributed to the bosses and they then divvy it up, like cartoon bandits?
Considering the thousands of counties and departments in the U.S., it would seem like an entirely new payroll industry would have had to spring up for this. How did they keep it under wraps? Sort of like the workers who flushed millions of Trump ballots down the schitter without plugging-up the sewers from coast-to-coast? Wait...the waste water officials were in on it. Silly me.
