Ì wonder at the demographic they are trying to reach. Is there a movement in Oklahoma to allow 9 year olds to operate a motor vehicle?
If I received an enclosure like that I might be tempted to wonder about the far reaching effects of the decriminalization of cannabis.

The on line renewal service here in Nova Scotia for the Registry of Motor Vehicles works well..I only have to show up when it is time for driver's license renewal. Whether it is on line or in person, they mail everything out. Never had a problem.
