It is difficult to get a picture since it has not been taken apart, but you can see the steel sleeve in both pictures. One shows sleeve forward and the other shows sleeve back. I can't see a reason for the sleeve unless it is some sort of balancer or it is used to keep the serpentine belt from coming off the pulley.
