Full disclosure, I haven't messed with your model. But I created a custom belt setup for my car and I used some turbo components. So I have studied what Porsche did different on the turbo models.
The pictures and parts I saw were an aluminum pulley with a steel damper ring pressed on. And that consists of two steel rings with vulcanized rubber injected between them.
