That part was just pointing out the vaccinated and unvaccinated can spread covid equally. The beginning of the video all the Dems saying they don't trust the Trump vaccine. Now they want to mandate the jab. Interesting how that changed.
This is an interview with Dr. Robert Malone his life's work is vaccine's. Claimed founder of mRNA. Now claimed by the press and big Tech as disinformation doctor. The last 6 min. Or so he gives his steps to deal with covid.
I found this very interesting.

He seems like a guy that was there early on who made an important contribution, but claims more credit than he deserves. His 4-pronged approach to the virus is 1)
vaccines for the people who really need it because the vaccine will generate mutant viruses. He has his opinion and it's not in alignment with most. I don't agree, based on what I've seen/read, 2)
early intervention with imperfect drug combinations (nothing specified at 1:11:17), 3)
rapid test kits, 4)
apps to determine your risk.
I don't think his accomplishment in 1989 makes him an expert in 2021. He's certainly entitled to his opinion. The Atlantic doesn't think too highly of him:
