You can design it on CAD or paper / pencil just to give youself an idea, but I think its best if you just take the dimensions to them and have them input what they stock. What you have in mind will be different since its all pre-fab.

I install those Chinese made plywood, solid wood doors cabinets in all my rentals. They put them together and installation is included in the price. They all avg about 5-7000 bucks, installed. Most times, new quarts counters are installed also instead of tile. Some of them have been going well for 7-8 years now without issues. I own a cabinet shop, and I do not build my own for my rentals due to cost. What you want are solid drawers and good slides, not the stamp steel junk. Good luck.
