Mike, sent you a PM with my supplier. They have a branch/showroom near you in Westbury.
You can buy them knocked-down or assembled. Decent quality, wood frames and plywood(no particleboard) frames.
If you are 'in the business' they should sell to you direct.
IDK about your area, but around here all we have been using is white craftsman/shaker.
