Gawd, how I LOVE a happy ending! Will do on the donation...check going to the local no kill shelter that we support. Giving a little extra sure won't hurt...

Reminds me of one that happened to Cindy & I some time back. A wounded little guy showed up at our back patio...bite on a back haunch. Obviously friendly..and boy was he hungry! Cleaned him up the best we could. Of course, a weekend...as soon as our Vet could take him, in he went. He was chipped! Owner very happy to see him again...our older cats were happy to see him leave.  Happy endings do happen.
