my legs are noodles today. i really need to get back into jogging. FAACK. i am a lazy slob in my 50's. hahha..

Hey, I'm a member of that club too! Two or three years ago, the missus and I ran 10ks in Seattle. Less than a year later, we rode in an MS150.
After that, we ran a little here and there and gradually tailed off on our exercise.
The missus started running again 2-3 weeks ago. She spends a bunch of time at our daughters watching the grandsons. She's been running there. Sat she said "I'm going to go running, do you want to come?" I didn't really, but I did it anyway. My calves are killing me and have been. Coming down the stairs the past 2 mornings has been horrible.
