Tell me more about the Baja place. Americans can only least the land or building and never own it? How safe is it? One of my friend is German and he owns a place right off the beach but not gated. He gets jump from the local gangs the past 4 times he was there. They smell him coming a mile away. Finally, he sold it two years ago and now lives in Toronto.
