Please do take the measurements of the evaporator. It would be interesting to compare with the OEM unit. Either the heat-into the CR system is lacking or the heat-out is lacking.
Nick has increased the heat-out of his system with 2 condensers with not a marked change from one condenser. Assuming his condensers are working correctly, then heat-into the system needs improvement.
