Has anyone attempted to use an alternate variable speed switch that gives more than 3 speed settings? Griffiths sells one for $289 which is on the pricey side, any other choices?
I believe this switch works where the resistance is on the negative side (hope that makes sense), which is uncommon.
Thoughts?
