I have a green metal roof on my house and garage.Going on 25 years now. The downside of metal is the expansion and contraction. The screws back out so every year before winter I get up there and tighten screws. Timing is huge because if it’s hot it will burn your butt and hands. If it’s damp you will slide right off. Oh, my rain gutters look like hell from getting torn off when the snow slides off the roof. Other then that they are great!!
