I’ve been on 10mg/day Rosuvastatin (Crestor) for about 7 years. So, you can imagine my surprise while listening to an interview with a physician on NPR who said they’ve been having great success treating COVID acute and long-term patients with a Statin and a readily available AIDS drug (don’t recall the name). So, did a search and it seems this is not new.

If you do a simple search (statins Covid), there are several publications. Most are supportive and a few are not. So... who knows?
