Thanks All.. Got the spring connected..

Now to set a decent idle - decent initial crank - upon startup - my SC searches for idle - revs high - then low - high then low before it settles down.

wants to idle at 1100 rpm or so - I can blip the throttle and bring it down to 1000 rpm or so.
