Your ‘83 SC CIS US spec. should have a fuel distributor -077 and WUR -090. I could lend you a WUR-090 that you could try and test on your car without any obligation to purchase. Return it back to me if you don’t want to keep it. Think about it and decide.
I will be away from home for the whole month of November 2021. Or wait in December after my return from vacation.
