I too have a pellet and a kamado. Have tried slow cooking on the kamado and it’s not all terrible but if I want the absolute best slow cooked food I use the pellet.

Well i had #6 adjusted perfectly but then just before i tightened it a butterfly in Zimbabwe farted and now i have to start all over again!
