I need to extend the multifunction wire on my M3, because I added a steering wheel extension.
My options are:
Don’t worry about the multi function.
Splice in four wires.
Buy a new one for $100.
Buy a used one for $50.
Because it’s hidden by the airbag, I’ll probably splice in the wires, but before I did, I was looking for plastic connectors, so that I could make a nice looking extension.
My Googlefu is weak and there’s 1 billion type of connectors. How can I narrow it down to one that works? I need a male and female of the picture below.
